DEATH IN BENGHAZI PART 2

PLEASE READ HERE FOR THE FIRST PART

No doubt I , myself, could well be accused of self righteousness, I am guilty. I am not making a judgement call, however, this my attempt, however small, to bring balance to our thinking, to help each side look at the point of view of the other, no one is always right, but also no one, no one is always wrong either. Ben Ghazi facility was a meeting place to buy Libyan arms being shipped to Syria, it was not state department facility, it had no marine guard, no flag, no sign on the gate, inside was resident looking not an office complex. President and Hillary both called it a consulate and embassy, neither knew what to call it. Tripoli is the capital with the embassy there, not BenGhazi, it was not listed on state department website as anything

Let us see who said all of this,
"We also hear doubts that democracy is a realistic goal for the greater Middle East, where freedom is rare. Yet it is mistaken and condescending to assume that whole cultures and great religions are incompatible with liberty and self-government.
I believe that God has planted in every human heart the desire to live in freedom. And even when that desire is crushed by tyranny for decades, it will rise again.
(APPLAUSE)
As long as the Middle East remains a place of tyranny and despair and anger, it will continue to produce men and movements that threaten the safety of America and our friends.
So America is pursuing a forward strategy of freedom in the greater Middle East. We will challenge the enemies of reform, confront the allies of terror and expect a higher standard from our friend.
To cut through the barriers of hateful propaganda, the Voice of America and other broadcast services are expanding their programming in Arabic and Persian. And soon, a new television service will begin providing reliable news and information across the region.
I will send you a proposal to double the budget of the National Endowment for Democracy and to focus its new work on the development of free elections and free markets, free press and free labor unions in the Middle East.
And above all, we will finish the historic work of democracy in Afghanistan and Iraq, so those nations can light the way for others and help transform a troubled part of the world.
(APPLAUSE)
America is a nation with a mission, and that mission comes from our most basic beliefs. We have no desire to dominate, no ambitions of empire. Our aim is a democratic peace, a peace founded upon the dignity and rights of every man and woman.
America acts in this cause with friends and allies at our side, yet we understand our special calling: This great republic will lead the cause of freedom."

Yes it was President Bush then. in 2004. In 2004 I did not have my own blog, I posted my comments on "Salon, com" as "tombstone00", some of these comments I did save and later incorporated them in this blog , here.

I keep telling you I am not a fan of Obama, I have many reasons now, and had many reasons before he was elected the president, IT WAS NOT BECAUSE HE IS BLACK,  he is not black and I have said so. I was against Obama because either he was too stupid to know what was coming and stepped into the mess of economics and politics that was to become USA, or that he was bought out by the bankers and the political elite that needed someone to dump all the problems on and blame the black dude for incompetence. Since the election of Obama, all the racists have come out of the woodwork , falling all over themselves, accusing the black dude of everything short of us all being thrown out of the heavens, Adan and Eve WERE White folks right?

Least of all  was I impressed by the lip service Obama gave to the Muslim world from the Cairo University in June of 2009. As I wrote on my blog then and had the same sent to the White House and my local paper this was hog wash. but as it today, the media are blaming Obama for not doing enough to curb the Egyptian Spring, that he let the Arab regimes friendly to us fall, that he needs to step in against all Arabs etc, I want to scream, I want to slap these people upside their collective heads that it was not Obama that started the crap, It was "W' who wanted to bring "freedom" to the Arab masses.

I am not a stranger to life in so called Islamic countries, I have said this much before. "wish they will stop whining once and for all, about the liberal media and its whiners. First the media in the US has been rooting for a war for months. Of course if a war happens, it will be a ratings bonanza for the net work TV. With the Dan Rather and his ilk getting free trips to the Mid East and expanded news budgets. Why else would the talking heads be talking up our military prowess every night, how our bombs are now smarter, (may be even more so than some of our commentators, cause the bombs seem to find their mark).

Have you heard about the Saddam's torture chambers? How about the torture chambers in Pakistan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Kuwait, Jordan and Israel? Have you heard about the democracy we shall bring to Iraq, and the pigs will fly and the above mentioned regimes will just walk away from their power, the oil billions and the whore houses? And we thought the messiah has yet to arrive. Actually the whores in power there are already clamping down on their populace worse than they ever did.

With his declaration of war on terrorism, Mr. Bush actually delegetimized the aspirations of millions of Muslims, from Palestine to the Philippines. Thus probably increasing the chances of terrorism around the world more than ever before." Life. 2003.
