A CASE FOR POPULATION CONTROL, IV

We are forever talking about helping the poor, for many years the IMF has had a program to increase the income of many populations to the level of "a dollar a day" but as we all know that his program has not succeeded, not only that it failed, the numbers of people living on less than a dollar day keeps increasing as well as the value of dollar is sinking the it is lie. Talking about lying, when you watch the chairman of the FED, or watch Timothy Giethner, the two are always talking without saying anything meaningful, of course there is one difference, Geithner can lie without his voice cracking, Bernanke cannot.   Then there are two ancient philosophical constructs, God's will, and  the so called Free will, the God's will says that everything happens according to the will of God, the construct of Free will assumes that everyone is free to choose what they want, in reality the two are not mutually exclusive, and often are in conflict.   There are also two new constructs, the money and the technology (let us say knowledge that includes technology for keeping it simple). Money and Knowledge can often over- ride both the ancient constructs.  I have given many examples of this previously but here is a couple more. Let us say you are born in a small African country, poverty is rampant and so is disease, we could say it is God's will that you get sick and die, but then your family happens to have money, (stolen from the foreign aid or black marketing in donated goods) you can thus make your free will over ride God's will and buy a villa in the French Rivera, or a chalet in the Swiss Alps and screw God, or maybe you are smart and go to college in your home country and they give you a scholarship so you can come to the states and study, then return home and help out your country men, you get here and get good grades and the university offers you a professorship and you tell your country to go suck lemons. Here the money over rides both the God's will and your own free will.   Or say you are the supreme leader (or even a two bit whore of a king) of your third world fiefdom. You are paid a grand salary equal to twenty thousand dollars, and then you realize that even the street walkers in America make more money than that. Hell they pay more to the White House gardeners than your pay as the King of Costa Luna, or the president of Philippines you have to steal from your people fuck a God's will, and you  cannot stop stealing from your own people to keep up with the joneses, and thomases and williamses.
