LIFE 2012, part 4
We could have seen it coming, with the coming of computers, faster and faster computers, we had the examples of what the future to be like but we thought it was all fun, a drama, even though we had been fore warned.
We read the book, we read "1984" and did not really learn a thing, it was entertainment. I told you I do not hear the songs same way as others do, I do not see the movies the same way, nor do I read the books the same. I always try to see how these things relate to our realities today, at a deeper level.
The world that we live in is already different than any one to day thinks or cares about, we live in a fantasy world, as the world today is so different than it was a mere forty years ago, twenty years ago, even ten years ago, we no longer live in a free world.
If you had noticed in the movies such as " Minority Report", "Men In Black", Code 45", you wold have seen that there existed two different worlds, one with all the comforts, all modern, all the amenities, and the other with destitution, misery and yes lawlessness. We are already there, well almost. I have told you it is better not to own slaves anymore and it is cheaper, so we the "throw away society" has throw away people, heck even the communists figured out if you keep people down you have to take care of them, just tell them they are free now and then just "fuck em".
I have told you that the governments now know that you can keep these people in barrios and shanti town and they will stay put, just killing each other, robbing and raping each other or what ever it is that these people do the government ( the rich) don't have to worry.
So you think you are free, and live in a free country, you get to vote in free elections for some people to represent you , you are a real dumb ass. Sorry!
Here is the trick, the governments is paying the corporations and the rich (that actually own the government) to keep you employed or otherwise busy, till they figure out what to do with you. You say you own shares in corporations and they are owned by the public, but you see you may own a few shares here and there, you may even get a dividend check, or you own a mutual fund, but you know most of the shares of any corporation are owned by the ultra rich, or hedge funds (again owned by the ultra rich), or the banks, (the same story), what it boils down to is this, that majority of the corporations, banks, and even industries are owned by a few hundred rich people in various ways they control the whole thing, the whole world. And they don't care that in the long run you will be just killing each other for what scraps you may have, "Hunger Games" not a big stretch.
