A DATE WITH THE ARMAGEDDON III
"Be careful what you wish for," so the old saying goes. It was never more appropriate than it is today.
We see Egypt and Tunis have over thrown their long time dictator, freedom is on the move, free enterprise is booming, the markets are recovering the world over and the recession is over and here I am being sorta negative again, if that does not put one off.
My contention is that the human psychology has not changed in the last ten thousand years, do we not still read the Bible, and the Koran and the Torah and the teachings of Buddha? Like I said, these are the stories from a long time ago, and still there are lessons to be gleaned from each. Your problem my friend is that you can not cross the river, because you are still holding on to the tree on one side of it and can not get across.
Conservative, liberal, Muslim, Christian or a Jew or a Buddhist, you are tied to whatever you believe in you are not free to think and thus you drown. You see, when a prisoner is let out after a long sentence, he is confused, and a freed slave without a source of sustenance will die of starvation, or need a new master.
In the United States the problem is the same as that of the newly free Egyptians and Tunisians, but we cannot see that.
Like I said, when the TEA party won, so what do you do now? That is the same question that the Egyptians face today, what now? And as I said on my facebook status, "
Just as the TEA party here has run and even won on promises they can never keep (without a certain and disastrous out come) the people of Egypt and Tunis have won (may be) freedom, but have no idea what is next.
We live in the age of money, and we know Egypt and Tunis are poorer now since their presidents and their elite have stolen most of it already, and a majority of it shipped to over seas accounts, both countries have also lost their tourist business and that will take time to recover also.
In the USA similarly now, the money is disappearing fast, no matter what the stock market does, no matter what the government says, with tax revenues cut, government borrowing cut, government spending cuts, job cuts, construction down, automotive sales down forty percent, what recovery are they talking about?
So in the same vane what will revolutionaries do? While the world goes broke, and the countries already are.
Of course there are differences too, Analyst: U.S. To Lose In Yemen As In Afghanistan, Iraq
LIFE IS A GAME OF CONNECT THE DOTS, IF YOU DON'T CONNECT ALL THE DOTS OR DON'T CONNECT THEM IN THE RIGHT ORDER YOU NEVER GET THE PICTURE

With the abject poverty and the illiteracy rampant through out most the Islamic world, the US has more to worry about the Islamic government leaders than their people. US is being played not just by the Pakistani government but the Saudis, ...the Egyptians and even the Iraqis and Karazai government in Afghanistan.
It would follow then that if we focused more on providing humanitarian aid to their people instead of propping up some crack pots and showing these people our military prowess we could do it cheaper and may be even make some friends. Vast majorities of Muslims in their own countries don't run around obsessing about killing Americans, but it would seem that many in US government and some even in public have an obsession about killing Muslims just in case.See More
