SAVE THE NAUGA II
Now then, you are saying how it all relates to the reality of where we are? What I have been writing and why? But once again, look at the bottom of these posts, everything is connected, every thing I have been saying is connected. From the "God Syndrome" to the economic failures to saving the oil covered birds in the gulf, to the rise of religious fundamentalism, they are all related, all in continuum, one to the other to the other.
Of course there were never any Nauga there, it was all a hoax. Naugahyde was a form of Vinyl covered fabric with a look of leather, yet there were people by the thousands, tens of thousands willing to save the "Nauga's hyde". We are full of it, or at least full of good intentions whatever the reason.
Germans have a word for it, "selbstbefriedigung" look it up, it is an act where by you are not going to accomplish anything, but yet it feels good while you are doing it. Congress and the president when making laws have it a a guide, the laws are sometimes totally useless and meaning less but they feel good to have. anti abortion laws, anti sex toys acts, anti prostitution acts, banking reforms, drug control laws, FDA regulations, anti pollution tax, are all examples, and I could yet fill pages upon pages of these laws. IN the same vain you saw people moping the oil from the gulf beaches. In this same vain, we are talking about the green jobs while the country is heading in to a depression due to the federal deficits and the citizenry that is accustomed to living beyond its means.
LIFE IS A GAME OF CONNECT THE DOTS, IF YOU DON'T CONNECT ALL THE DOTS OR DON'T CONNECT THEM IN THE RIGHT ORDER YOU NEVER GET THE PICTURE

I agree you can’t legislate morality, but what do you do with those who are dope heads. We can’t just shoot them and we certainly don’t want to leave them to their own devices, they would be dying in the streets. If nothing else the law keeps those who follow laws in place so we don’t have to worry about them while we deal with those who cause all the trouble. And it is true that we have been using the war on drugs and green jobs and other wars mainly as way for the government to employee people with out it seeming like we are a socialist government. I think they say about 45% of people work for the government I think the really number if you figured everything funded by the government would be more likely around 75% or more. It true we can’t continue on this path, there a news video clip of the Chinese’s head of finances actually crying because of the new stimulus that is being proposed, he basically said China can’t let America fail because not only would they lose all they invested but also the people of America are far to dangerous if not keep in the live style they are accustomed to, he went on to say if America wants to devalue it’s dollar to nothing they can do so but it be at the cost of China’s future which they would not allow to happen. So if we as a people have a God complex it won’t be long before we will be coming to our senses. It might please you to hear that one of Obama’s financial adviser recently posted on the internet that we need to stop all government programs and tax the wealth greatly so that we can pay for the deficit to avoid a financial collapse, he had to retract the statement and was moved to a different department after the incident I believe.
