Every five hours a child dies from abuse or neglect in the US.
The latest government figures show an estimated 1,770 children were killed as a result of maltreatment in 2009.
A recent congressional report concludes the real number could be nearer 2,500.
In fact, America has the worst child abuse record in the industrialised world. Why? The BBC investigates.

May be you think that I protest too much, may be you are right. But the riot at Penn state can not be ignored. Some in the media said the "kids" were upset at the firing of Joe Paterno, let me assure you these were not kids, unless you  are willing to say that we are sending kids to Iraq and Afghanistan to fight our wars, these "kids" are in college, thus mostly over eighteen.

And what were they rioting about? Firing of Joe Paterno, a man who did not have the courage to speak out about sexual abuse of kids to save his foot ball record? Or to keep making money. Do not rock the boat when you are having it so good, it is not just that the country is full of such moral midgets, but that we have learned to accept any trash if it makes us feel good or makes us money. WE WORSHIP FAILURES.

Why else any one , including Paterno would have thought he could get away with it , or anyone else for that matter, other than the fact that we have no morals, no obligation to do the right thing. And why would Sandusky even dare bring these kids on to the campus no less to abuse them, is it because he knew our culture adn assumed that he could get away with it?

Some one compared the college football culture to the gang culture, you don't rat on any one, but do we not all of us live in a gang culture?  Even when kids find one of the parents in an affair, they won't tell the other parent, no one tells any one that they are being cheated on, being lied to, co workers will know of theft at work and not speak out.

May be that is not so bad in it self, alone, but what about our politics, who in the congress  and the senate not on the take, may be a little bit, in the state government, the county government, or city.
But time and time again we reelect our own crooks, our own liars and our own cheats, then why do we ask others to be the paragons of morality, while we keep mainstreaming deviance.

And why not Sandusky think he can get away with it, Oliver North, Newt Gingrich, Kennedy, Clinton, Larry Craig,  Lindsay Lohan, Tiger Woods, and the list goes on, all thought they could get away with it, and mostly did.

And as always, the morning after crowds are there to oblige you with endless commentary and sicking explanations to tell us what went wrong, but no one ever says that we have fucked up our culture that we have a fucked up culture, that we are morally bankrupt and that is the bottom line.

But no one will ever say that our whole culture is messed up, that we need another take, a re look,  we need to balance things out, this is not working and will not work , we will self destruct.

THE LAND OF OZ, part two

It is not just Pakistan or Mexico, Greece or China or the United States,  NO GOVERNMENT WILL EVER TELL YOU THE TRUTH. That is how they stay in power, by lying to the people, and people are willing to believe any bull shit. Consider this, if the "educated" people of the US society are willing to believe anything on reality TV, or Oprah or even CNN and Fox (well, damn it a whole lot of them still are any way), then why not believe the garbage the politicians are putting out, at least you can relax and go to sleep easy.

Talking to a friend today, he said , well don't you think that stopping the wars will help the economy. I told him no, the money has already been spent, and what will be "saved" by ending the wars will actually go to saying that we have reduced the deficits. Ending the war in Iraq will actually hurt the economy as we will slow down the production of the war materials and pay less to the soldiers when they come back compared to what they were making in the combat zone. It is a losing proposition either way. We did not have the money to fight the war in the first place, and now not borrowing more is being called a savings.

There is no recovery from the mess we are in, everyone needs more money, not just the poor or the unemployed but more so the corporations and the ultra rich who lost their (imaginary) riches in the down turn and now have to make up for those losses.And here is something not so funny, more people are betting on the economy going down than up. That is how the MF fund went under, the down turn is continuing, and the way the markets are set up it can not go up. If economy was to start recovery, there will be inflation, the commodity prices will go up ( energy prices and raw materials) and cost of everything will go up, once again corporations will lay off people to improve their balance sheets, the government will have no money to keep everyone afloat. Funny thing is also that as the people become poorer the trade deficits with China will actually increase because people will buy more and more cheaper goods.

I posted this list, "unedited" on  my facebook page to start a discussion, not name calling, just to talk about things as adults.  I am sure those who made comments are just as sure of their positions and ideas as being the right ones, as I assume Ghadaffi was, just as certain as he was that we KNOW. That is the human folly that we are always so damn sure of being right. 


Just to make sure, the money was not his money, it was the money of his people, he did not own the oil that brought the money, no one, no leader, president king or dictator OWNS the country's wealth, so on that account, he was not the only one wrong, ( though I could be in my assumption). 


How may  people, "leaders" are led astray by their power, did Bush and Cheney not assume that it was in their power to legalize torture? Is the power drunk not what we were warned about? How then we  ever trust anyone who wields power over us? ANY ONE!

It is not just for the history books, it happens today, in our nations and even in our own homes, the one in power abuses those he is put in charge of, those of us from the East, so used to having "servants" in our homes, are we really just? Are we even fair? Have we not talked about some people being happy and content even while the spread feces around the yard? Honestly? how much value do we think their lives are worth, we don't have to be rapist or torturers to cross that fine line between "human" and "evil".

Personally, I am always suspicious of people  in power and all their great intentions.A study of recent history will show they all failed and they all failed their people, there are no great/obvious exceptions to the rule. It is terrible already when the power is in the hands of a dictator, it is even worse in a democracy these days because we elect leaders not on the basis of what will be best for our people and the country, but as to what we will get out of the deal for ourselves personally.

No amount of money can equal freedom of choice, but given no freedom,  you can oppress people for only so long,  and even with unlimited freedom, like in the USA for example, people do need money to survive,  so there is no easy equation.

It is also known, to the people in power that people can be pushed down and kept down and wanting for a very long time, the Romans knew it, the Normans knew it and the leaders of every third world country know.
Look around, at the slums of Bombay, of Karachi and Lahore, the Barrios of  LosAngles, of Juarez, of  Mexico City, Santiago and Rio de Janeiro, millions, even tens of millions living in scum, ignored  and still living,  oppressed yet uncomplaining, compliant in their misery, while their wealth, the wealth of their nations is stolen and usurped by the rich and powerful. What happened to the oil money of Mexico? Where is all the wealth that was remitted to Pakistan by those working overseas? Why the American bankers and industrialist do not want to pay welfare and unemployment benefits to the poor and working class after they have exported all the jobs overseas and refuse to pay a living wage to the working stiffs.

Strange here, that those who accuse Gaddafi of atrocities and also those who may  defend him are both willing to overlook the same from their own  preferred regimes. If we claim that Gaddafi was a megalomaniac, or just out right crazy, then who else would be on  that list, or rather would not be on that list  to keep it short? Who among the leaders today is not a liar and a thief? Can you name any?

And what about the role of the money, who has not tried to buy obedience and  conformity with the public funds real and imaginary. IN the USA, the republicans have bought the  loyalty of those who do not understand yet how they have been ripped of, and the democrats have been know to promise freebies to all.

Then there is the question of the other oil money,  the one used to buy arms and pay of prostitutes, buying properties and industries in the West, while spreading ignorance and illiteracy in teh Islamic countries, spewing hatred and discontent among the hungry and the hopeless.



Only from the "heavens" can you  get "real hell".

Not related though, I just posted this at the "White House wall" on Facebook.

There is a big kid at school, he goes thru the lockers of other kids taking what he wants, he beats up on little kids, takes their lunch money, also also eats up the kids lunch, he tears up kids books, kicks the wheels of their bikes, and threatens them with beatings if they do not bow to his wishes, he tells kids to loan him money knowing full well that he has no intention of paying it back as received. He threatens teachers, and the principles, even the friends. Please write here what you will tell this kid.

Basically there are no good governments, everyone everywhere is greedy and trying to get as much as they can for themselves and leave nothing for others, especially if the other means ill educated, poor. Most of us only do any thing good, if we do at all, is to may be feel good about ourselves only.
Surely Gaddafi thied to buy the goodwill of his people by spending money. Republicans and Democrats here have been spending money they don't have to keep the people appeased while they loot the riches, none of it is any different that the governments in the third world countries stealing the peoples money out right, be it Zimbabwe or Pakistan or the ex Soviet states, including Russia. I believe the Communists are adopting Capitalism only because it legitimizes the stealing from the countries riches. I am sure everyone reading this has a favorite "government", or their favorite type of a government, but all governments are made up of thieves at all levels, and you will certainly be wrong no matter who you  pick.

It is not that I am a pessimist, and to an extent I am, but I have my reasons. Are you popping the  cork of the bubbly because the Dow was up 347 today, then put it back, cork it.

How can there be a recovery coming? And if it is will it apply to you also? will you be out of the hole tomorrow? Have a new job or a higher paying job? Will your children be able to move out finally? Surely you jest!

The jobs are not coming back, and the government keeps lying, education system is designed to fail us, as is the banking system, as was the housing bubble, the war on drugs,  left and right, conservative and liberals keep fighting as if they have all the answers, or even any answers at all, the they don't. The ship of nation is sinking, the fight right now is not as to who gets to be the next president as it is about who gets to read the eulogy, who gets to sign the death certificate.

First thing to remember now is this, even though the government is lying and they can make up numbers as good as the Soviets did about their economy, the US government is not in control of the economy, sadly now neither is the Federal reserve bank, we are at the mercy of the banks, the really big banks and the so called financial institutions, we are at the mercy of the "investors" who do not invest are mere gamblers, we are at the mercy of those who have loaned us money, private and foreign countries.WE ARE AT THE MERCY OF THE SPECULATORS. Remember that song, "Dirty Laundry"? These speculators are betting on the head dying, and the body too. Credit Default Swaps" were also about the housing market dying.

I am for a lot of government spending, but now a days the whole economy is based on government spending alone,  while the TEA party complains about the government giveaways to the poor and needy and elderly, I have shown time and time again how these payments actually enrich the wealthy while still leaving the needy and elderly destitute, this is counter productive , more so when the tax rates are so low that who ever ends up with the money gets to keep all of it.

 I has started to say, hey, who cares. Ghaddafi is dead, and once again America won.  I am funny man, I went to the White House wall on face book and posted this video, 



A compliment to my Commander in chief, why not? When this all got started back in Tunisia I had said,
"what will happen if the people became unafraid to die?" and the Libyans became unafraid to die, Syrians too, who will be next.Should all the tyrants in the Middle East be scared? Shouldn't all the tyrants everywhere?

SCARY THOUGHTS.

Who are the tyrants that must/should be scared? How about China? What will we do if the Chinese decided to have a little bitty revolution? Or if the Indians got tired of their poverty and their misery, there is only about eight or nine hundred million there living on the edge. Mexico? They are as corrupt as can be are they not?

While we celebrate lifting of millions form the scourge of poverty we can not ignore the fact that hundreds of millions are being left behind and worse the gap between the have and the have nots is ever increasing.  Like I said in "A New World Order, 2003" we have, in sheer numbers, more poor, more sick and more miserable now than at any other time in history. A sad fact as the world approaches the seven billion mark.

If you want to deny reality and avoid the truth,  either quote a "god" or an economist.

I have said this before, we are in big trouble with no way out. We are not really looking for solutions anymore, we are biding time till the inevitable. Our problems are of our own creation, two hundred  plus years of the scientific advances has made man knowledgeable, given us a better and longer life. and made us too proud and cocky for our own good.

Some how or another, the scriptures tell us that we were created by the same power that created animals, and the science tells us that we are evolved form the animals, either way we are still pretty close to the animals, modern life only has taken away much of what we learned during our evolution. We have actually digressed.

Of course we are living longer and are healthier,  we not only occupy Wall Street, we also occupy many other countries, we not only help the poor countries, we also take their natural resources, corrupt their leaders and then leave them destitute, we not only build roads and bridges, we buy their politicians and war lords as long as they are willing to deal with us to the detriment of their own peoples, and if the want to kill their own we are happy to supply them weapons for the job, people have sold their own in to slavery through the ages.

Let us all understand this much, no matter how much money you have, created by the government the Fed and the banks, it is still a "limited" amount of money, and if some are taking more then the others must have less. Do the poor deserve some? How they will get it if the pay for the poor keeps decreasing? That is what the ones in control of making the laws must decide. WHAT MUST THE STANDARD OF LIVING FOR THE POOR, THE RETIRED, THE OUT OF WORK MUST BE?

 You know that the bubbles were created by the false assumption of "unlimited money", if there is unlimited money then the bubble would not have burst, thanks for your comment. It is a zero sum game or there would not be any poverty hunger or need. Also, economics 101 teaches us that anything that is available  in unlimited quantity has zero value, then unlimited amount of money also has no value,

There are idiots being passed around for economists, remember, we are in this mess because of the experts, remember Dow 30,000 by 2010? Thanks for naming two black idiots though still does not prove your point of unlimited money. The rich people also cause inflation bidding up prices where the prices can not be sustained, poor people can not cause inflation. At margins the dollar has no value, you do not get extra value for paying a 400 hundred dollar dinner, you are paying for intangibles (nothing).

I copied and posted here most a "conversation" I had on the CNNmoney  facebook page, after a few comments the gentleman stopped writing back, may be it does not prove at all that I know more than he, but I my points, it is interesting to note how many of us have an opinion in the money matters, regardless of how little understanding we have of the subject matter.

Like I said about the OWS protesters using cell phones and bankcards and eating  at MCDonalds, we have compartmentalized our knowledge. Sadly same can be said of the TEA party crowd, survey after survey has shown the lack of understanding,  if not out right real knowledge, on part the general public in the USA. Not only the Constitution is misquoted, we even misquote and misinterpret the Bible also.


If a commodity is in limited quantity (money in this case) and  if a few take more the others must do with less. It is wrong to compare this to the Arab spring where the main reason was "freedom". In the "advanced nations"the promise of ever increasing prosperity has gone away, and not just for the reason of banking crisis, in a flat world, all must have the same standard of living also. This a new revelation to the masses of those protesting. While the going was good no one cared, now the reality strikes that the bowl has been taken away.

WHEN IT IS NOT MEANT TO BE

So, how impressive is the OWS movement, are you  taken aback or taken in? Is it serving the purpose?  Is anything being accomplished or just a great waste of time and energy ? It would seem that a lot of liberals have lot of high hopes for the movement, but if the recent history is any indication, the movement is bound to die out  in short order without causing any change.

Please don't be upset with me, I just present my world view, it may or may not follow your dream line,  but this is how see things.Law of averages says that the OWS movement will fail or just fizzle out soon.We must note here a few things, OWS has been compared to the Arab spring, IT IS NOT, it is nothing like the Arab spring where a couple of oppressive regimes were over thrown by the people who dared to face the guns and the military might of their dictators, hundreds had died and the international pressure on the dictators finally pushed them out of power, we have no dictators to over throw , it is all economics not political  and no one is facing up to the military here,  it make a good sound bite though, but! no.

On the other hand though,  when you see whatever happened to the protests in France, in Britain and in now in Greece, the out look is not promising, all those protests failed without changing anything, the bankers and the financiers won. If you notice, no one is paying attention to the OWS protesters, a few cops to keep everyone in oreder other wise to ignore them and keep them in place. Business of banking and Wall Street still goes on , smoothly. No one is impressed or running scared.

The "movement" has also been compared to the TEA party,  it is not, nothing like it at all. The TEA party actually adopted the far right agenda and had a ready leadership and people in power structure ready to sign on and take over the leadership, nothing like it here in the OWS , leaders and the followers of the TEA party had money and organization, OWS lacks both so far, until some rich guy steps in, Soros and Buffet are not going to  do it.

I wrote about the dichotomies of life today an year ago,  and you can watch it first hand in these demonstrations, does any one even notice?  We have people young and old, carrying there cell phones and stuff made by the slave labor they like to bitch about, buying McDonald's etc food brought to them by the big corporations that abuse labor and animals, and paying for it with their bankcards issued by the Wall Street banks they are protesting against. I have always said, " before you lift your foot you should know where you want it to come down at, or where will it come down."

Before you start a revolution you should know how it will end and what you will do with it when it ends. I do not believe that either the TEA party or the OWS have any clue.Time after time, I have explained how there is no money, it never was, and how there are no jobs, there will not be, no matter who you  elect, whom you  follow or what your political leanings, you are on your own.

THE FIX  IS IN?

There are headlines today that the FBI or somebody has nailed another Muslim terror plot, this time an Iranian with ties to the Al- Qads brigade of the Persian forces is implicated, the story is amazing, really it is fantastic. If you are not given to deeper thinking and swallow every hook line and sinker, here is a fish story for the ages,  at least in as much as it smells fishy.

We must keep our eyes open as well as our minds too. I know and you have heard that the Iranian regime is our mortal enemies,  they are out to get us, they want to erase Israel from the face of the earth, they are developing nuclear weapons and will attack as really soon.

Like I said, keep an open mind, our real problem is not Iran and its nuclear weapons, it is not their threats of erasing Israel off the face of the planet, Our real problems with Iran are, soon as we leave Iraq they will own it, they are a threat to the Saudi monarchy,  they are causing problems in Bahrain, are friends of the Syrians, and once again, as always we been fucking the wrong horse ( I mean been betting on the wrong horse, sorry).

Let's be fair, to me, I have not defended any terrorist plots on here, not the shoe bomber, not the New York Times square guy, not the drone guy, I did say that we might have put Major Nidal Hasan in a position where he may have been placed under undue pressure. I spoke out against the killing of an American without trial and due process. I am not writhing this, in any way, to justify any one's plot to kill any one in this country.


It is hard to believe that the Iranian government will actually put some one on line, with such direct relations/ connections to the Iranian government to be instantly implicated and thus be a target of the wrath of the US. As such if the guy was up to anything at all he would be doing it on his own. What does Iran gain from this anyway? A war? That the US has been planning and threatening of for ten years or more, who does not know that Iran is a constant thorn in the side of the US, Israel and our buddies in the desert, the Saudis. Would any one in the Iranian government be so stupid? I bet if this guy did say and do what he is accused of he acted on his own, he got led in to believing that this could be pulled off, and he had the money of his own to go along with it.

The world does not lack angry Muslims, I am sure this guy could have been one, did I not say before the Iraqi invasion that there are one point two billion people in this world that call them self Muslims, if you piss off just one tenth of one percent, you have one point two million people out trying to get you and you don't know who they are and what they may be capable of.

It does make sense though, that the US has been looking for an excuse to look strong in the middle east, with both the Iraqi and the Afghan misadventures in the pits, and others taking advantage of the opportunities while we are looking at scraps at best, everything working opposite of what was hoped, Iran provides a great target for a newer and bolder initiative.

Was it not just two days ago, Romney was talking about expanding the military and increasing the military budgets, well, this gives him or anyone else a chance to  go to war once more, god bless.

What to make of my friends occupying Wall Street?  Those who really believe that they were the innocent taken to slaughter by the big banks and the hedge fund managers. Those who in their innocence still believe that the government, that is the president and the senate and the congress can really make things right.

As always, I look at the other side of the coin, how is it that the other half the country believes that the president and the congress and the senate are the problem, and if they all get out of the way of the Wall Street and the banks everything will be all right.

It is because both sides are misled and confused, both sides are being lied to by the misleaders of their own choosing. The hucksters are out in force, from the White house and the media, the congress and the presidential wannabe" everyone is lying constantly, Timothy Geithner and Bernanke,  Cantor and Boehner, president and local business people every one is lying hoping, they can  make some more money while country is "not dead yet".

In a real world,  who would go begging a government for money it does not have, is it not quite selfish that you  want your toys, your education, your unemployment benefits knowing the country is broke,  has been broke for a while, their is no money in the treasury. What happened, well we spent that money , borowed money to buy toys, for our populations, our kids, we bought big houses and air conditioners, we sent away jobs and created a lazy and selfish nation, generations of fools with no concept of work and education and ethics, ( haha, ethics, it's joke right).We have welfare queens, unemployed gamers, people living off grandma's social security checks, people with no jobs, education or skills breeding endlessly, hoping, no, knowing,  some one else will have to pay for it all.

This thing I write at the end of each of my posts. What brought it to my mind was a post from "worldmeets US" a page I like on the facebook to  look at the opinions of the other peoples around the world, the author is happy about how things have gotten better over the last two hundred years, and who can argue with that, not me, trust me, I do love my life and what I have and how i benefit from all the new great things, cars, air conditioning, air travel and especially running water and light on  at the flick of a switch.longer and healthier life spans and freedoms people never though about.

Did we get here without costs? Not to pee in someone's Cheerios, there have been immense costs too, some of them deffered but most just ignored and pushed aside for later, I for one have been  pointing out these problems and asking for some action or at least some recognition of theses for while.

We do not live in a vacuum,  some people have paid for our progress dearly, even with their own lives, and we should, we must recognize these  as we continue on our path to "progress and prosperity". It is only fair that if someone is paying the price for our  advancement, we should try to allay or at least minimize these costs.

It is strange, I look for an informed and intelligent discussion of the  problems facing the country and humanity, and all I seem to garner is responses from robots, from the left and the right, each hung up on their own core believes, and like all religious totally untouched by reality.

Case in point, I start with a comment on the White House wall, there too the site is infested with idiots, till it seems like the government must be paying some people off to keep the discussion at a  pre-stupid level. Such as this one, "Should the government offer a person with a terminal illness to receive a lump sum  payment of a hundred thousand dollars (or their family if the person be incapacitated) in lieu of further treatment?" Understand that this may save the social security and medicare a lot of money actually. How do my conservative friends feel?

It is strange how sometimes I will want to talk about something and somehow, something related and appropriate will show up just in time to back up my thesis.

"One of the biggest lies that the Americans ( people) believe in is that the rich people create jobs, the other being that the rich SOMEHOW have their own money. Time and again I have explained that there is no money, it never was, there never was any,  what you have is a figment of our collective imagination,  and you can just call it whatever. 


 The concept is much easier to understand if you know where the money comes from, say FED, and how does FED have any money? It does not, it only has money if someone, (including uncle Sam) wants any, then it just appears, almost like God himself, he wants it and it is done.

You may not want to think about how bad the things are about to get, you are American and things always seem to work out and  even get better, you are not alone, a whole lot of people are  on your side,  but what if you are wrong and crazy as I may sound, I am right?

So you tell me you  don't buy my bullshit, that things are about to get better, just a little more spending, may be little more tax cuts and the things will be back on track again. And here I am trying to tell you that your life is about to change and it is not for the better, you don't want to believe me, all the media is showing how things are good, on Disney school kids are busy dating and  going overseas, that is when they are not busy making musicals, no algebra, no geometry and absolutely no math required you post a few videos on youtube or make an ass of yourself on face book and you become rich and famous and live happily ever after, I could not be more wrong.

And I have showed you, for over ten years how your life has been screwed and how you are being screwed and you still do not want to listen to me because I have nothing good to tell you ever. So I will tell you nothing good again.

May be it will be easier to understand if you first understand what we have done to the elderly people in this country, once again I have explained this in places  in this blog before.

You have heard the talk about how the social security is a ponzi scheme, how it is going broke, how much it is costing the country. First of all why don't they talk about how they have already stolen and spent the money in the social security trust fund and now have no way of paying it back, this money was used to finance the tax cuts for the rich over the past many years,  as in when the tax revenues decreased, we took the money from social security to make up the short fall, we actually spent the money and did not even count it as deficit spending.

Social security was designed for the retirement of the elderly workers, over the decades since, the congress has added on other beneficiaries instead of supporting these thru a  separate funding mechanism, so while they look good, the fund is  going broke because their are more and more people drawing against it .

If that was not enough, the income of the fund has be devastated  also by the lower interest rates. As I have explained that we needed lower interest rates so the government could borrow more and more , to say give the rich tax cuts and to finance the wars. The cost of the low interest rates has been devastating to the elderly because not only the social security is going broke but also because they are not getting any return on what they had saved for their retirement, now their houses are worth less, because of the housing bust, and may be some their life insurance policies (universal type) are lower in value if not out right lapsing (due to the low interest rates and the market declines).

Thirdly, the social security benefits have been cut in  value because of the "adjustment" of the inflation index since Mr Reagan, you know and I know that the government is consistently underestimating the inflation rate, then when you compound the rate reduction over thirty some odd years you are really in the hole.

As we have added the medicare part, B, C, and even D,  all requiring the participants to pay a premium to receive the benefits,  the social security increases have not really kept up with the premium increases, and the recipients are going deeper in the hole due the medical costs. Their income actually becoming less and less each year after retirement.

All of this is nothing  when compared to the ruinous effects of globalization and  a service oriented economy on  wages and thus the contributions to the social security trust fund.

Call it what you will, or may be better stay asleep at the wheel if you so desire. You know, if you fall asleep at the wheel of a vehicle doing ninety miles an hour and you hit a  concrete wall you are dead before you know what happened, nice!

O.K., may be not so nice after all. You want to live, so what thought have you given to tomorrow.
A young girl posted about the pigs having a thirty minute orgasm,   and implied she would have wanted one like that also, her mom posted how she enjoyed the post and would have wanted to share. So here we are, are we not implying that we would not mind being pigs for a thirty minute orgasm, I rest my case.

Just kidding folks, I am not done here, I will keep telling you  what my visions are, what keeps me up at night, may be some one person will listen and be wiser. Sadly what was said does not bother me at all, it only confirms what i have believed for a long while now, the humans are doomed. When we  would rather be pigs for a great orgasm then we are no longer thinking ,  loving, caring humans,  we are just lost, causes. Trust me though, this not the end of humanity , or the human race, it is , however, time for a great change.

Do you not believe,  that what with global warming, financial market melt downs, the budget crisis, the debt crisis, the over capacity of production,  the pollution,  over population, the high unemployment, the higher food prices, the higher health care costs the humanity can still function as if nothing is out of kilter here? Rest assured the change must come, a drastic reset, and most of the humanity is asleep at the wheel.

We may be told that it is all o.k. everything is fine , but nothing is,  if you think that the flooding in the Midwest, and the floods in Pakistan have nothing to do with the Mideast peace process than you  don't understand what the humanity is facing.

We are truly a nation of lay people, most of us only worry about getting laid.
I have talked to you long time ago about how the words have meanings, and  how the words are used to manipulate your thoughts, while we keep talking about the "Mideast Peace Process" the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian lands and the Jewish settlements there in get time to become the facts on the ground.

A "MATRIX" LIFE

One great thing about the modern life being the you can have a totally virtual life and no one will bother you, I am not making this up folks, look around you , how many you see that are living a life totally devoid of any context of reality.

We no longer call it a delusion,  even as the pursuit of a delusion has taken the urgency of a fix. Life used to be simple, but we don't like simple things. Gandhi, or Emerson, or even Buddha had simple lives, but they had no competition, or complications for that matter, they gave up everything, today we want simplicity as long as it comes with everything in this world, internet, reality TV, air conditioning and a three car garage. World has no room for seven billion new Buddha'.

And why really be a Buddha,  separation from our reality today does not require quiet solitude or meditation, just pull out your BlackBerry or whatever and you are there.

When the computer games started, and we all played, we selected avatars, and for sometime we "relieved" our fantasies  through these avatars, till the avatars became us, living out a short fantasy was no longer enough, it was a full time obsession. IT IS.

Why not, we have the money and the time, and WE are, we can be whatever we want to be, no consequences. Look at the contestants on the American Idol, are these people real? Not the finalists, the hundred thousand others that show up. Look at the Star Trek reunions, do these people actually in a work a day world too? Nothing is bizarre anymore, we have no idea what normal is. But it does matter, to the individual and to the society at large , as to what we are, and what worth the society really places in us.


Do you not wonder why would some one hold a party for the end of the "Friends" series? What kind of a person would get sick because of the demise of their favorite TV personality, or the hundreds of thousands and more that still morn, Micheal Jackson and Elvis and Dale Earnhardt?

Do they not have a life of their own ?  If yes, then what is this life worth that has so much time available for idol worship?  Not just the dead ones either, who in the hell is obsessed with Kim Kardashians ass? Or then there are cases of people getting so upset because they could not get chicken nuggets at a store that they beat up the cashier? Are we for real? Why such a big head and sense of privilege.

Why not though, we are effected by what we see, hear and watch. Look at Lindsey Lohan, Paris Hilton, Tiger Woods, and why not Dick Cheney, and Timothy Geithner, John Boehner et all. Do any of these have a good grasp on reality? I doubt it.

It makes me sick, back in 1973, I bagged groceries at the Publix, in Palm Beach, my customers had real money, even though tipping was "forbidden"  but majority of my customers insisted, and they were generous, some even asked for me by name, and they  were kind, always, soft spoken and always thanked me profusely. Now I have watched episodes ( a couple of ) of the Real Housewives, and   Basket Ball Wives, these people give the real rich a bad name, once again, Paris Hilton not withstanding , people with real money do know how to behave well in public and they never ever talk about their money, these women give the ghetto whores a bad rep.Yet there we are, our girls want to emulate these Ho's  and many of them succeeding

I am not a bleeding heart liberal, or a compassionate conservative, I seek balance in my critique even though my sound like a radical to you  when I oppose your point of you and try to make you see the other side also. There is always the other side, sometimes putrid and despicable it may be  but there it is, asking you  to at least consider the counter point.


 

Had you been reading this blog you  would understand, time and time again I have warned of the moral decay of our peoples, a decay mind you  foisted upon us by the media controlled by who else, the rich, who are today complaining about our lack of morals. And what about the morals of those who are today even looting the people in the stock and Bond "markets"? Where was the morality and in the tech bubble, and the housing bubble, how about those whose retirement funds were looted in broad day light and their jobs were taken over seas and given to the slaves.


For many long years, I have lamented the lack of character boundaries, but both liberals and conservatives came after me, liberals in the name of the so called "human right" and the conservatives because I was not compassionate and religious enough, it will not end pretty I warned.

When I said that the modern world was not for someone  with a 110 IQ, I was an elitists, but here it is, it is only the start, it will only get uglier. We will end up with a world that is an ugly place to be in. Even if you  do come up on the winning side.

I am not an elitist, I am a realist, I look into the future, and look for the consequences of various actions that are put together, and not the individual incidents and actions taken in a vacuum.

Many years ago, 12 or so, I had declared that all money is imaginary, the concept is hard to understand, but it should not be, it is very basic economics.  The money as we understood was either created by labor, by adding value to something or thru investment and thus using labor of others to generate a profit. Due to modern monopoly games being played on the world markets  money started to be created out of thin air, and thus our leaders could claim that they had created untold riches, this they had, which was as I said akin to the snakes of the Paroah.

As the conservatives kept up with the facade of untold riches and the fake money, the liberals too fell in to the trap, you  did not have to work let alone work hard, you  could just tax the rich to pay  for breeders of all colors ( I mean what i say), white black or other, you  could just sit on your fat ass, drink sodas and watch TV and the mana from heaven should drizzle into your lips.  If you  worked you could spend more than you made because their will be lines of credits and loans with no questions asked, no one wanted to be real.

Is this even considered news worthy? For over ten years I have been warning that we can not have Chinese and Indian workers, working for rice and beans to finance the outrageous American life style of non workers living in air conditioning... and driving cars, and watching TV day long. But this was the life the political and business classes told us we could have and not have to work for it. We could not survive the dual drain of wars and the trade deficits. Money did not have to be earned but just borrowed, we bought the lie hook line and sinker. I have said before, that Obama lied about the financial conditions to get elected, but McCain was lying too, Sadly we face a real upheaval, hopefully it will only be financial, but it seems it may have social consequence we are not ready for , yet.
