I DON'T CARE ANYMORE III
May be I do, and may be you think that I should, but why? What difference does it make if I say it or not, everyone has their own ideas, every one knows the answers, everyone has a solution, the problem is that, 1/ they only want the solution that they think is right (according to them) and 2/ they want the solution that will benefit them the most.
Look around the world today, there are revolutions in the middle east, in just about every country, and there are two sides in just about every country also. one that already benefits from the system today, and the other side that hopes to benefit from the change.
And if the US policy seems confused, then you know we are conflicted also, we want the change, we say so, but we really don't want the change because we have little idea what this predicted but unpredictable change will do to our own economic benefit. Altruistic as we may wish to sound, we are not, just look at the crisis in Japan, the earthquake, followed by the tsunami, followed by the nuclear disaster but we are most focused on the economic disaster and even how we can make money from it, or at least who benefits and who's business gets hurt, the bottom line is about the bottom line.
Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, it has been about the bottom line also, as it is in Bahrain and Yemen and Saudi Arabia, any one say other wise is a liar.
NOW BELIEVE ME AND I KNOW THIS, NOT MANY PEOPLE LIKE TO HEAR WHAT I SAY BECAUSE I CHALLENGE THEIR BELIEFS AND WANT THEM TO LOOK AT THE ABSURDITY OF THEIR CONFLICTING GOALS AND AIMS.
Be it the wars and the revolutions in the middle east, our economic interests in Japan, the decline of society, the problems with the education system, child pornography, we do not wish to see how they are or may be inter related, and we only want the solutions that are pleasing to us, and where by we do not need to change.

Mohammed N. Razavi In the 21st century, we need protection from the raping, pillaging, torturing and murdering governments more than ever before.7 hours ago · · 3 people
Mohammed N. Razavi Going from owning a gun to advocating an armed insurrection is quite a stretch. No one, especially not I, is advocating of it. But I am against disarming of the general population. I am for one more than aware of the capabilities. I do believe in my right of self defense.7 hours ago · · 1 person
Mohammed N. Razavi Have you ever come face to face with a gun? I had a gun pulled on me three time in this country one time the gun was cocked and put to my head, by the cops mind you, I am a business owner and a veteran, I was not doing any thing criminal either.6 hours ago · · 1 person
Mohammed N. Razavi Those who lament about the "gun culture" and "gun killings" forget that a vast majority of killings are criminal on criminal or crimes of passion like in cases of infidelity, we need to look at the causes of the problem not the symptoms.6 hours ago · · 1 person
Debra Wilson There are just to many dumb asses who won guns! I don't feel good about idiot tea baggers or radical Rethugs owning guns at all!!5 hours ago ·
Mohammed N. Razavi @Debra Wilson, as a liberal leaning independent, a veteran with thirty years plus of service, a Masters, I reject your categorizing every one who is for gun rights as an idiot or a dumb ass. Your lack of knowledge real life experience, with a desire to argue the point actually does put you in league with "Tea Baggers" and Rush Limbaugh and his ilk.5 hours ago ·
Rebecca Church I think Debra is expressing concern about some of the people who want guns-not all. I'd have to agree, there are a lot of people who want guns who should never have them. How do we deal with that?5 hours ago ·
Mohammed N. Razavi The day you allow the government to place stricter restrictions on "crazies", the government will declare us all crazy.4 hours ago ·

I Don't Care Anymore
The Almighty Japan is in shambles, Nikkei is sinking fast, the money is moving in and out of Japan, the earth quake, the nuclear plant fires or the volcanoes erupting who gives a shit there is money to be made, while the money is being lost.
Ghaddafi forces are beating back the insurgents (freedom fighters in other times) and the NATO will have a meeting later in the week, the Arab league has requested a no fly zone, thank you. Just in case, Baharian is still shooting at protesters.
There are some rules of democracy that we have forgotten of late and got our selves in trouble around the world, even as the public in general does not know it yet, and the most of our "Patriots" are just so much confused and misled, we are a laughing stock when we speak of freedoms and democracy to the world at large. The European and so called advanced democracies are in the same boat too, kniving (urban dictionary) as they are.
1. A government that has too much to hide from its own people is not an honest government.
2. If you are screwing people over there on my behalf and for my safety and benefit, it my right also to know who and why, not your privilege.
3. A government with corrupt friends and allies is government that is corrupt.
4. An honest, democratic and fair government will not allow itself to be used to protect the privileges of a class or few or individuals
5. If you think that the world will believe that you are honest fair and just, because you say so, you are a dumb ass.
6. A government capable of oppressing others must be willing to oppress its own.
7. A known fact of life, a drug dealer will withhold drugs at will until an addict prostitutes herself, we need to get off the oil an other consumption addictions.

AMBERLIGHT
AMBERLIGHT
flickering in the night afar
i saw an amber light
or was it an ember
burning bright
in the night
young heart afire
youthful, innocent
full of desire
or the hope of a love unrequited
a soul committed
to self destruction
seeking resurrection
of a love that was never there
life isn't fair
as you lie alone, awake and dream,
silent scream
a rock in the road, going nowhere
meditating
I am the teardrop on your cheek
always there
(M.N.R)

From "Morning in America" to the Nightmare on Main Street
A very interesting article, blame it all on the Republicans, then one comment caught my eye on facebook
Scott Duncan "a shocking refusal to be held accountable" - H. Giroux nails it w/ this.
Financial meltdown; no one accountable. Trillion for wars and "defense"; no one accountable -- for the money lost or the moral bankruptcy of it all.
This is where myself and most of my liberal friends part company, to blame all the ills of the country on the shoulders of the Republican party is disingenuous.
What about the responsibility of the individual, the liberal media and those who said anything goes, no morals, no education, no basics, we have the money to do whatever we want to.
Where were we? We did not want to make "moral" judgments. If you want sex at 11 or want to dab in multiple partners, is ok, damn the family and the kids state will take care of, HIV we will pay, do whatever, have kids we will feed them, neglect and abuse, we need work for people in helping professions, eighteen hundred dollar a month rent paid by the government, we have the money. Now there is no money, there never was any.

UNIONS, NO UNIONS, FACTS

UNIONS, NO UNIONS, FACTS
There is a debate going on in this country, centered in Wisconsin and spreading outwards about unions and their effectiveness and problems caused by the unions. Let not the bullshit cover up the facts.
The issue is emotional among the true believers both in the union and the non union camps and both sides are given to twisting the facts to their own taste. Much as Ronald Reagan started with PATCO and the Southern States adapted it is a calling from the LORD the demise of the US workers unions has been a prolonged and continuing death march. With most workers not involved past paying their dues, and the corrupt union bosses who took their salaries and sold out the workers the process has been slow but continuous, and for a cause.
There are many factors at work here, and we can not out right blame the government, the workers, the unions and the civil service workers or the teachers all in the singular, all are to be blamed in part, and in whole sometimes as individuals.
First we must look at the nation as a whole, who have we become, as workers, as students, as teachers and as other service providers? In a word, lousy.
I walked in to a McDonalds at the Panama City Beach and asked the young lady for a cup of coffee, black, would you like cream and sugar with that she asked. I wanted to pull my hair out but realized that I am bald. Surely that 17 to 19 year old child had teachers in her life, may be a social worker or two and a host of teachers too. I could tell you more about my plight that she she did not know where to find the coffee cups and then she did not know where the coffee pot was either.
I was to report to Ft. McCoy, ironically in Wisconsin for my ANOC, my orders were delayed and I called the Reserve Command at St. Louis, seven times in a span of two hours, seven times it had to give the gentleman, same person, my name rank, SSN and the reason for my call, I could have blown an artery that day.
